Natural Dharma Fellowship is an organization of Buddhist practitioners offering basic meditation instructions in the Mahamudra and Dzogchen traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. Our practices emphasize the innate wisdom of one’s inherent being and are led by Lama Willa and Natural Dharma meditation teachers.
